With this in mind, now is time to strengthen the team with a first class, consultative and solutions led Business Development Manager to help drive the business forward.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to create your own division through the success of your own efforts in building new pipeline opportunities and ensuring the retention and development of existing accounts. It’s a role that has account management as much as business development at the heart of it. However, you will need to be comfortable sourcing new business opportunities and developing strong pipelines
What we really need from you
- A proven track record in sales/account management
- Ideally a desire or experience selling into FMCG, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Recruitment or education sectors – places that rely on robust IT support
- Excellent people and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the IT/MSP/Technology sector
- proactive approach to business development
- Consultative and solutions led sales capabilities
- Ability to drive the development and delivery of sales strategies/revenues
- The desire to create your own career path into directorship on the back of your success
- Ideally to be based within the North West – Head Office in Wigan
